We specialize in Fender Japan, Fender USA, Orville, Orville by Gibson, Gibson and Paul Reed Smith... although you may find other brands from time to time in stock these are our bread and butter.
In the event there is ANY damage not pictured or described you have to contact me immediately at info@audiomomusic.com with detailed pictures of both the instrument and the packaging. I have never had a guitar show up damaged, but in the event the shipping company does damage it we need to address it immediately and file a claim with them.

You have 5 business days after receipt to ensure you love your new guitar, however in the rare case you wish to return the instrument the terms are as follows with no exceptions.

INSTRUMENT MUST BE FULLY INSURED FOR THE ACTUAL SALES PRICE VALUE WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY, THIS IS TO PROTECT YOU AS THE BUYER AND ME AS THE SELLER.
The only fees the buyer is responsible for in the event of the return is the actual original shipping cost that will be provided with a receipt as well as the return shipping of the instrument.
